How can I overcome a phobia of spiders HAND?
I have a beautiful house with lots of unused space in the garden, and I gardening. I've never been able to do so for fear of spiders, but I think it would be nice. How do I cope with this and defeat? I know that spiders are there, I saw the rare occasions that I ventured into the garden beds. Help … I am so tired of feeling that my life has been hijacked by Nasty Little eight-legged creatures.
Spiders are not unpleasant. They feed on other insects and spiders around, there are plenty of faults of others. Phobias are treated by the education and desentization. Learn about spiders for you know who are mostly harmless (with a couple of exceptions that are easy to treat). Then start finding spiders. Skip to search for spiders, and when it finds one, as close as You Can stand. Do it frequently. You will find that being near the spider is not the end of the world and relax. If you do not think you can do yourself, go to a psychologist. This concerns all phobias time. Good Luck!
