Please pray that Judge Randy Jill Kaplan will see that Diane Rege has complied with due diligence to all the requests that her exhusband's lawyers have demanded. So far we have not seen 'fairness' or justice - as the judge believes Satish should be able to retire with his two million dollars in assets, and discontinue his obligation of alimony to Diane - who is now legally declared physically disabled, and not able to work. Diane has invested her alimony into her rental property that would return a good income for herself, but she needs the alimony to continue for day to day expenses, including hefty medical insurance. Please pray that God will remove the pre-bias from the judge's heart today - as the court is probably now in session. I know that I can post something about the judge under 'judicial misconduct' websites, but I would rather see justice be done, as we have faith in our judicial system.
