Im a Apartment Manager in the City of Los Angeles,I Manage a Building for my Friend. The Building is 814 S Columbia Ave,Los Angeles,california 90017.Some Tenants are very nice and some are well Evil.No respect and always trys to give my Friend a Hard time.We plan on taking this to Court but we want the Highest court to Judge these Evil People.
